I’m really starting to get back into shape for summer. I just finished my second week of workouts. They consist of the following routine performed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cardio is on Tuesday and Thursday, which consist of 30 minutes on a stationary bike.
Current workout phase consist of this.
Calf Raises 3 * 15-20 = 110,115,120,125,130
Squats 3 * 10-15 = 110,115,120,125,130
Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 * 10-15 = 70, 75,80,85,90
Bent Rowing 3 * 10-15 = 70, 75,75,70,70
Bench Press 3 * 8-12 = 60, 65,70,75,80
Upright Rows 2 * 8-12 = 50, 55,55,50,50
Lying Tricep Extensions 2 * 8-12 = 35, 35,40,40,40
Dumbbell Curl 3 * 8-12 = 50, 50,50,50,40
Leg Raises 1 * 25-50 = 25, 25,25,25,25
I knew I started this year a little fat, weighted in @ 180lbs. After two weeks, I’m weighting in @ 173lbs. I believe the first amount of weight came off due to me cutting out all sodas and candy. I’ve also cut my three standard meals into six small meals. Will provide updates on progress as time moves forward.
