Winter Workout In Miami

It was in the 50's today when i did my workout today. It went really well and only took me around 45 minutes. Reinventing one's self is a hard process. Yet, with a steady diet and exercise program; i'll be there in five more months.

I've been trying N-Large 2 for the past week and it really seems to be working. I had break-outs reps in both squat and bench-press today. Also, worked on the stealth as well. This year is progressing very smoothly for me. Anyways, i'll holla at you guys later.

Been coding for so long I can’t even remember. Anyways, over the past year I have traveled all across the U.S. implementing different versions of windows and web applications for High and Low profile cliental. Most companies seem confused as to implementing the .net framework. Utilizing .NET consist of more then just throwing in all of your old asp code into an aspx page. It requires an understanding of properly implementing classes, objects, and reusable components. I guess that’s the difference between someone who actually implements the Microsoft Standards using Option Strict and Option Explicit. After all, how can anyone begin to build a .NET application when they can’t create a simple class? Well that’s enough ranting for now. Catch you guys later.

Hi all,

This is a recall of my first dating experience in the year 2005. After moving back to Miami, I meet this gorgeous woman online living in Miami from France. We exchanged pleasantries and agreed to meet after all the new years’ excitement and celebration. Well we played phone tag for the first couple of weeks before finally deciding to hook up at a café on Lincoln Road. Turns out she decides to pull a no show and leave me hanging there all by my lonesome. Anyways, there was a lesson learned in this segment. Which is, “You miss 100 percent of the shots you never take.”

Hi all,

I’m really starting to get back into shape for summer. I just finished my second week of workouts. They consist of the following routine performed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Cardio is on Tuesday and Thursday, which consist of 30 minutes on a stationary bike.

Current workout phase consist of this.
Calf Raises 3 * 15-20 = 110,115,120,125,130
Squats 3 * 10-15 = 110,115,120,125,130
Stiff-Legged Deadlift 1 * 10-15 = 70, 75,80,85,90
Bent Rowing 3 * 10-15 = 70, 75,75,70,70
Bench Press 3 * 8-12 = 60, 65,70,75,80
Upright Rows 2 * 8-12 = 50, 55,55,50,50
Lying Tricep Extensions 2 * 8-12 = 35, 35,40,40,40
Dumbbell Curl 3 * 8-12 = 50, 50,50,50,40
Leg Raises 1 * 25-50 = 25, 25,25,25,25

I knew I started this year a little fat, weighted in @ 180lbs. After two weeks, I’m weighting in @ 173lbs. I believe the first amount of weight came off due to me cutting out all sodas and candy. I’ve also cut my three standard meals into six small meals. Will provide updates on progress as time moves forward.

The week is finally over and it's time to go out and have i little fun. So, here is the listing of how i'm about to break my weekend down. First, exit the office as quickly as possible and watch the matix on the pc. Next, get the car fully loaded with gas and hit the street. Road To Miami

Yo,

It's been almost a week since i've been back in Miami. All I can say is things , looking great. After doing some work for companies in San Diego. I'm finally back on home soil. I spoke with a few friends today and was told everything was cool with them. Had a chance to eat a great home cooked meal. Which is something that you never get when on the road. Canes were winning and fins picked up a new coach. So it can't be all that bad can it. After the experience in San Diego, it leaves me looking for that special person for me. Well, it's time to get back into the SCI-FI Channel. Catch you guys tomorrow.
